The brief
This kitchen was to be part of a large, detached property set in beautiful East Sussex countryside .
The open plan kitchen and dining area was very bright and airy with excellent views through the two sets of bifold doors which could be retracted to open up two full walls of the room.
Simple lines, uncluttered layouts and ample storage space were high on the list.
Light and spacious kitchen
With so much light and space available the client chose a Dark Graphite Satinised lacquer finish for the cabinets, Lava Grey cabinet interiors and Alpine Shimmer Quartz worktops. The splashbacks were finished with Mica Slate Laminate wall panels, all made to measure in our factory in Germany.
With two large banks of tall units and an American style fridge housed within them, there was certainly no shortage of larder storage. Two full-sized ovens, built-in microwave, 90cm induction hob and a smaller ‘Domino’ twin burner gas hob on the island ensured there was plenty of scope for some major dinner parties…
